Bumps On My Head?

Ok when i get these little scab type things i pick them off then there will be a huge bump on my head for a day or more. What is this thanx for your help

i know this sounds weird but i do the same thing. i used to have chicken pox and i picked them off. many ppl have a habit of this its not bad tho but i stopped because its a irritation. you might also do it because you are tired thats what i do but then i relize im doing it and stop try using some expensive shampoo and conditioner but only use it every 2 days
