Both eye twitching?

this is my true experience which i would like to share...i know its kind of a weird thing, but when either side of my eye twitch, something bad gonna happen to me and i don't believe in such a superstitious thingy either ... but it really happens and its so true every time it twitches!
Its not an alleregy, tired nor sleepy thingy..
i try to convince myself that nothing will happen and think positive and i am not gonna to let it happen. haizzz...
whenever it twitches, my husband and me will end up quarrel upon certain things :( and i have no clue WHY
i think its a kind of six sense telling us that something gonna happen whether its a minor or major matters...
Answer:
It's your psychic radar that something is amiss----since you are "tuned" into it, listen to it and stay away from anyone you can fight with...I have a little voice that if I don't do what it says, I always live to regret it...
Well, I can think of several different ways to look at this.On the one hand, my body gives me certain signals that I have learned to respect. For example, if I'm eating and my hand starts shaking, I'd better stop eating whatever it is or I will get sick. (Learned this one the hard way!). So your twitchy eyes can definitely be a signal to you. The question is, what is it signalling?Another way to look at this is to consider what, physiologically, might make your eyes twitch. It could be a change of medication, an electrolyte imbalance, a magnesium deficiency, an increase in stress hormones, etc. And maybe those things change your mood, your sense of well-being, or your ability to handle stress - any of which could "set you up" for a quarrel or other nonskillful response. And lastly, this might be an example of a self-fulfilling prophecy. That is, you notice your eye twitching, you believe that this signals an impending problem, so you expect a problem to develop and are unconsciously looking for it or even helping it to happen. It's been known to happen! The only way to really figure this out is to become your own detective, and keep notes.
