every plan is differant, some are hmo, ppo, pos, depends on your bebfits. the best one is blue cross ppo, no referrals are required, you can go pretty much anywhere

it's the samebut try n get VSP becuz that's what I have n its great I went to the eye doc i paid 10 dollars for the exam n 2 bucks for contacts which lasts a year OMG i love it n doc visit all i pay is 20 bucks copay
