Bump on my eye?

i have a bump right beneath my lower eyelashes. it just came like half an hour ago and i don't know what it is. it doesn't hurt or anything but it's really noticeable. any ideas?

I would say it is either an ingrown eyelash or a sty. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts to hurt or if it gets any bigger.

Mosquito, flea or spider bite..or... a girls worst enemy...a ZIT, if its a zit, it will be painful, don't pop it. If it's a bite, leave it alone and it should go away in the next day or two. If it's not a zit and stays persistent or gets worse, i would go to the doctor, your eyes are nothin to mess with. Good luck!!

I'ts nothing to worry about. I had that before too. I just put some cream on it and left it alone. It could just be a injury or pimple or you could be breaking out. lol! Well good luck!

It could be a stye, not trying to rhyme with eye. My sister has them quite a bit. They don't seem to be harmful, but very annoying when you can see them in your peripheral vision.

if it doesn't go away or gets bigger or doesn't end up becoming a pimple go to a doc.
i had a "bump" appear on the top of my eye lid a few years ago I thought it was a pimple (I'd didn't buy my normal make up for sensitive skin) well as the weeks/ months went on it got bigger BUT never turned into a pimple, it was getting so big that it was making my eye lid close no matter how hard i was trying to keep it open
i went to a doctor and it ended up being a Cyst, they had to surgically remove it - which really freaked me out cuz i can't stand nothing coming at my eyes, specially needles and knives but i got it removed and i haven't had one since (and it wasn't cancer they made sure to check :-)

it's probably just a stye. I've had it before. just go to your local Walgreen's and I'm pretty sure you can pick up stye medication. and it'll go away soon enough.

If you do confirm that it is a sty, the best thing for it is holding a hot steamy clean towel over your face for as long as you can stand it in the morning and before you go to bed. I had one for 3 months one time and this is what finally made the blasted thing go away!
Antibiotics, medicine, etc, didn't work for me. Try this method first!

you probably have a sty. It's not a big deal. a little painful and quite annoying tho. Try a HOT washcloth as often as you can. Also if you go to the drugstore there is an ointment you can get.
