Blister on my foot...?

I was in a pinch yesterday and I had to wear my sisters shoes who were a half size smaller. Part of the shoe rubbed on my foot and now there is a sort of "bubble" there, which I think is a blister. Is there anything special I should do to it? I don't want to pop it or anything, just want to heal it faster.
Answer:
when I have blisters on my feet I perforate them in and out whith a needle (sterilized whith fire) threaded whith white cotton passed in alcohol, with caution not to touch the inner skin. Than I knot, a bit away from the blister, the heads of the cotton thead. The cotton trhead helps the drainage of serum and must be kept for one or two days. I let the old skin of the blister to protect the new skin.Warninig:
of course keep alcohol away from fire.
Use mole skin. They sell it in the first aid section of wal-mart.
