Black worms in toilet?

Came back from a 5 day vacation to find several little black half inch worms in my toilet water. The toilet is clean other than a little lime stains. What are they and where did they come from?Thanks

Just make sure they were there BEFORE you used the toilet, otherwise you may have an infection.
