Can I take an advil if i just took an aleve about an hour ago?

Answer:
NO! Both are of the same nature and go through the liver. You could do damage to your liver. Tylenol is an alternative. Some doctors say you can alternate Tylenol and Advil every 2-3 hours. You should call a pharmacist or your doctor to be sure, especially if you are on other meds.
Yes, you can even take 2.
no
I wouldnt' advise it--some pills actually counter each other, so you would either make yourself sicker or just knock yourself out. But, it may be alright if you take one Advil and then one Aleve.
no
NoThey are both anti-inflammatories of the same family. If you can normally take tylenol, then that can be taken with either.
you shouldn't unless the DR tell You it is ok But you can alternate acdminifin every 2 hours with the ibuprophin.
