Can anyone suggest a treatment for a 3 year old girl born immature and not able to sit on her own??

My brother has a daughter of 3 years old who was borm immature and still she cannot sit on her own.Treatment is going on and now she is tring move and is able to sit with a support.Because of this he is very stressed and don't know what to do so that she is able to walk on her own.
Answer:
The only option is continual physical therapy to practice different muscular and brain coordination activities. There is no magic cure. You can't change some birth defects. You just start where you are, and work with that. Line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little.. Rejoice in what victories you do have. And don't worry about what "might be".
I am so sorry. You didn't give a diagnosis? was it CP?
I suggest looking for another doctor.
I agree, premature borns are usually a bit slower with motor skills but at 3 she should be atleast sitting without support. Please encourage him to have her checked out by another pediatrician
you mean premature?
I think u should see some other pediatrician and she needs physiotherapy.
