Can I sleep?

I'm in leg casts on both legs from the end of my hips to just before my toes. I can roll on my side and back but that's it. I can't bend my knees obviously and luckily I only have 4 more days before the casts come off. But It's really hard to sleep in the rental bed, I can't change the arrangements and my movement is limited, are there any other tips to fall asleep? Ex. Thinking of a particular thing? IDK. Thanks!

falling asleep in a cast was hard for me too! ee =[[well people sleep when they are tried
so watch a movie!

i put glitter all over my cast and stuff thats something fun to do
