Can someone Help!?

Hi this might sound really silly but I have a lump not massive one but it is under the skin on my knee, I know for certain that i have not bumped my knee to cause a lump %26 it does not hurt. This has only been noticed within about a week. Could it be anything serious I do not want to seem paranoid? Never heard of serious lumps in the knee but am worrying a little.

go see your doctor if you're worried so much. No, I don't think it's a biggie, but set up an appointment with him/her anyway.
