Can numbness go away if nerve is damaged.?

On Sunday the 24th I wreck my dirt bike. It threw me off, and I landed on my left side of my upper butt cheek, and the next day it started becoming numb. I don't if it is nerve damage. I'm only 15 so I don't know nothing about that stuff. Could bruising cause numbness.

You didn't do enough damage to have nerve damage.don't worry the numbnes will go away. You may have pinched a nerve in your back, and that would cause numbness. Take ibuprophen, and try to relax a few days. if still bothered go see a doctor.

Have you went to the doctor yet about it?
With nerve damage you never know it's going to come back or not. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. If you just hit it hard you should be ok, just wait it out and possibly see a doctor, because there might be a hairline fracture that is causing it.

I would go see a doctor and make sure you didn't break anything or to make sure a bone or something isn't pushed up against nerve. If it is a damaged nerve there is a chance that it can regrow and the numbness may go away.
