Can Sleep / Can't Sleep?

Help! I find it very hard for me to stay awake or sleep for more than 5 hours at a time since the past few days. I go to bed at good times at night, but it doesn't do much good because I wake up at 5 in the morning and can't get back to sleep. I feel very tired, but when I lay in bed it somewhat goes away but I can't go back to sleep.But then later in the day I feel very tired so I try to go back to sleep and it helps but when I wake up after a few hours I'm still very tired but can't get back to sleep.What's going on here? Help
