Can i use nyquill for stomach aches?

i know its for flu and cold but on the back it says you can use it for minor aches and paines.

Nyquill is not good for stomach aches. The ingredients in it are going to give you more stomach pain. You would be better off using something like Tums or Maalox for the stomach. These will help stomach pain much faster. If the pain continues for more than a week you should see your medical doctor to find out what is going on. You may have an ulcer.
