Can I take tylenol?

I beleive that I have a stomach infection of some sort and I saw on ByeDr.com that you shouldn't take pain pills like advil and ibprofun, but i have a headache and i was wondering if i could take some tylenol?

Hello:Yes you can take Tylenol,but please see your doctor about your stomach problems especially if it is a stomach infection. Tylenol is effective but I would still make an appointment with your doctor ASAP,just to get yourself examined and to make sure that everything is okay internally with your tummy! sure you can take some tylenol.it is the least harsh on your tummy. you could take some IB profen it won't do anything. You will be fine.

Why can't you? :s Of course you can, why else are they made? If you believe they work, anyhow. Some pains I get, do not get fixed by Advils/Tylenol..

Yes, you can, just stick with the minimum dose. Stay clear of aspirin, because it can be hard on the stomach. Also, if it is an infection that is bleeding, aspirin thins the blood.
