Can some one help?

i have something a horrible condition in my leg were i get rele rele bad pain and they tried all kinds of pain meds on me but nuthin seems to help but i recently was in soo much pain i just took 3 500mg. of vicodin and it helped but i was high and thats not like me iam not the kinda person that does stuff like that but it helped my pain. i'm worried i will get addicted what shoud i do should i tell my mom?

You may have trapped nerve or may have damage
that needs looking at by a doctor,you must also
confide your trouble to our mum now.
Taking lots of pain killers can and will do damage to
internal organs such as the liver so tell your mum about it now
and don't be scared cause it can soon be put right.

SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!
Tell your mom to take you to the doc.
