Can someone tell me if someone having pain in left side of body?

I got it on the right - what's that about. LOL
Can you be more specific? Which area, organ, part or limbs ? Left side is from your head to toe. How does it pain, dull, or spasmodic? From any external injury, sprain, muscular, ...?
